Reduce Call–Outs

The menu panels display specific user alerts so that the homeowner can easily determine whether a situation is just a routine maintenance issue or the need to contact a dealer or technician for repair. In fact, all messages on these panels eliminate the usual abbreviated codes for reminders, diagnostics and alerts and are instead displayed on the panels in plain and understandable English. This means no more decoding abbreviated error codes or messages.

Instead of standard jets, lights and other topside buttons, these panels incorporate the latest menu technology with easy-to-use navigation and messaging. Supported by Balboa’s EL Series control systems, these new panels provide a friendly interface that is similar to other menu driven products available today.

Don’t be Tied to the Tub

Our wireless handheld control has the same menus as its wired counterpart but it’s available to come along anywhere in the home or backyard. By using easy-to-navigate, intuitive menus, users themselves can control what is displayed on the panels. For OEMs, this ergonomic wireless option reduces the need for a main panel on the tub by allowing only auxiliary panels to be installed as needed.
